The PremioQuest Promise
We can't sit your exam for you. We can tell when you're ready for it, and we'll put our money on that.
How it works
-
Start in time
Get your course at least 14 days before your exams begin. You can buy it yourself, with a team, or receive it as a gift. Each course shows the date its Promise closes.
-
Reach Ready
Every line with questions behind it is cleared, you studied on at least 3 different days, and you passed a check drawn first from questions you had not met. Ready is dated, and revisiting lines keeps them fresh. The check is a timed paper drawn from across your whole outline. You sit it on a later day than your last cleared line, and you need 70%. Your course page shows what's left and the date to reach it by.
-
Sit your exam, then tell us your result
Tell us within 30 days of getting it, with proof of your grade. What happens next depends on the grade.
What your result brings
If you reached Ready before your exams began, on a course the Promise covers:
Top grade on your institution's scale
A free course, any course up to this one's price. Keep it, or give it to a classmate or a junior. It is valid until the end of the next academic year, and you get one per course.

Good to know
- Your official final grade counts. For medical students, that is per module.
- Team buyers claim separately.
- Before money goes back, we check your result with you on your student portal, and it goes back to the number or card that paid.
- A claim found false ends your Promise on every course.
- Courses examined by ranking, such as GEMP, are not covered yet.
